We are looking for a dedicated female Unani medical graduate (BUMS) pre-intern or post-intern to join our growing team of professionals.

Requirements:
- Qualified in Unani Medicine (Pre-intern or Post-intern)
- Knowledge and practical exposure in IBT (Ilaj-Bil-Tadbeer) is essential
- Additional skills in acupuncture and other Unani therapeutic procedures will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact warmly with patients
- Should be humble, compassionate, and committed to patient care

Working Days & Hours:

Dr. Fazl-Ul Haque M Fouze was born on 05th February as the Eldest son of 3 siblings family to Mr. S.A.M Fouze and Mrs. M.Z.I Fahira in 1987 at Kandy Hospital. His father is a Retired Judicial Interpreter and Mother is a Retired State management service officer. He has 2 Younger Sisters, First One is a Doctor and the Youngest is a Software Engineer.

He had his primary and the secondary education at Paragahadeniya Central College [National School] Kurunegala from 1992 - 2006. He had participated and won many All island, Provincial and District awards in Oratorical and debate competitions in his schooling Period from grade 5 upto his A/Ls.

Thereafter in the year of 2007 he entered to the Institute of Indigenous Medicine (Unani) of the University of Colombo and qualifying as a Unani Doctor, in the year 2012 with First Class Honor, and after that he Joined School of Law in University of Wolverhampton in the year 2014 and qualified as Bachelor of Law with a Second Class Honor . And registered in Law College Sri Lanka and Reading his studies to become a Lawyer. In 2017 He registered for his Masters in Business Administration.

Dr. Fazl-Ul Haque M Fouze is married to Dr.(Mrs.) Fathima Sijafa SF Haque on 2014 August 30, and now he is a father of a Cute Daughter (born in 2015) and a smart Son (Born in 2017). Dr. Mrs Fathima Sijafa SF Haque is from Sainthamaruthu, Eastern province of Sri lanka also an Unani Doctor graduated in Institute of Indigenous Medicine of University of Colombo as well as the Psychological Counselor.

Dr. Fazl-Ul Haque M Fouze is a multi talented personality as a Leader, Sportsman, Voice Artist (worked as a Freelance Radio jockey from 2006-2009 at Sri Lanka Broadcasting Cooperation), Stage Announcer, Sports Commentator, and as a Writer, Doing freelance Creative/Copy writing (Tamil) for plenty of Advertising Agencies as a hobby from 2009 and fluent in three Languages.

Presently he is Practicing Unani Medicine in his Private clinics at Paragahadeniya(Sinaam Medicare Unani Nursing Home)from 2011 and Sainthamaruthu (Sinaam Medicare)from 2014. Dr. Fazl-Ul Haque M. Fouze is a Fertility Expert, treating for both Male and Female Subfertility and all kind of Male Sexual disorders. And he entered to Health Service on 03rd January 2018 as an Ayurvedic Medical Officer under the Health Ministry to serve the country, presently Working as the Community Medical Officer of Health at Ridigama.
