In the eloquent words of my friend

The story behind this image is that activists of the Free Palestine Movement Sri Lanka have faced relentless harassment for standing with the oppressed.

Defamatory videos by the Isr*el-Sri Lanka Solidarity Movement, hate speech from monks like Agunugalle Jinananda, derogatory posts by Pohottuwa’s useful idiots like Jihan, home raids by police & CID, cars & houses broken into, threatening STF calls, being followed, names put on raid lists, journalists silenced, posts weaponised by pro-Isr*el protesters, and a steady stream of racist & Islamophobic abuse online.

And now, even summons to the TID.

Peaceful protesters calling for justice & humanity are hunted, while illegal Isr*eli business & tourism are shielded. Free speech is still being crushed.

Why is our law enforcement so concerned with protecting a genocidal baby-killing regime and harassing people who are fighting for the oppressed, for people being wiped out?

Utterly ridiculous state of affairs. It’s high time the government backed up their rhetoric and acted to protect speech, free speech, and activists... the very people who were the bedrock in bringing them to power. It was activism, people using their voices, that carried them to where they are.

I love how patient you are with Jai, how supportive of Satya you always are, how much you teach them both and how you and I have both grown alongside them as parents and humans.

Sorry this is late, but wanted to say thank you so much for a wonderful wonderful time in England. We love our summers here with you and Jai and I can’t wait to have the two of you home with us soon.

There is no sacred geometry in genocide.
This is not some kind of divine math, or karmic balance or any other spiritual spin you may choose to put on it, in order to soothe your own soul.

What’s happening is a sickness in humanity, it does not contain a spiritual message, it boils down to this:

“What did you do, the moment you realized it was real”?

Read it. Share it.

Come and join me for class at Ishtara, just off Horton Place, between Milk & Honey and Spa Ceylon. The energy in this space is so welcoming, warm, and friendly—I know you’ll love it as much as I do.

In other news, I’m so looking forward to heading down to the beautiful Kayaam House in Tangalle this weekend, with a wonderful group of women, for a special retreat exploring Passion, Purpose, and Peace—the perfect way to begin living in alignment.

If you’re curious about the Colombo YTT, feel free to reach out! I’d love to share what makes this training a little different, and I’m happy to chat about payment plans and the NIC discount too.
