My student shared a touching reflection:

She said she didn’t listen properly during the Zoom class, but today, she watched the recording peacefully from a quiet place. Only then did she realize the full depth of the message. She said that half of what I explained had already happened in her life. She used to take decisions without thinking, which led to many problems and even mental stress.

But after listening calmly today, her mind became clearer. She understood how wrong decisions in a hurry can affect life. Now she’s ready to handle things differently. She also said she wants to share this with others who go through the same.

Alhamdulillah! One of our young students, just 16 and recently completed O/Ls, shared this heart-touching feedback after only 4 days of *Mind Training*

She said she now feels *positive, clear, calm,* and more *connected to Allah*. She's stopped stressing about appearance and even reduced social media use

This is the power of understanding the mind early! I'm so grateful to witness such change
