# Package 01 - (NA-AYU-P) - Special Panchakarma Intensive Cure - The cure prices are package offers, and provide 4 or more than 4 treatments per day. This panchakarma Ayurveda package is an internal process of purification of the body that is used to prevent diseases, promote the healthy state of the body and increase longevity by elimination of toxins and accelerating the energy of the body.
# Package 02 - (NA-AYU-R) – Special Panchakarma Heil Cure (Panchakarma Cure & Rehabilitation)- The cure prices are package offers, and provide 6 or more than 6 treatments per day. This panchakarma Ayurveda package is an internal process of purification of the body that is used to prevent diseases, promote the healthy state of the body and increase longevity by elimination of toxins and accelerating the energy of the body and defies disease and also treats and manages the ailments that have already been manifest. TRAVEL OPTIONS FROM AIRPORT TO NATURE LANKA RESORT. On arrival in Sri Lanka our guests will be met at the airport in one of our private, air conditioned vehicles. You can then travel to the Nature Lanka Health Resort one of the following ways. Option 1:- Directly to the resort along the coastal road
Option 2:- Via Ratnapura (Gem City) and the Hill Country

Itinerary: Negombo > Sigiriya > Kandy > Nuwara eliya > Nature Lanka Resort. NEGOMBO (Day - 01)
Arrival and transfer to Negombo. afternoon, a short visit to city of Negombo, the Old Dutch church, the fish market. SIGIRIYA (Day - 02)
After breakfast continue journey to Sigiriya. On the way visiting to elephant orphanage in Pinnawela, which is the home 120 elephants found abandoned or orphaned in the wild. Return to the hotel dinner and over night stay in Sigiriya. KANDY (Day - 03)
After breakfast, continue journey to visit Dambulla cave temple and spice garden in Matale in the afternoon at leisure. Late evening visit the temple of the tooth relic. Over night, stay in the kandy. NUWARA ELIYA (Day - 04)
After breakfast, city tour of Kandy-the last capital of the Sri Lankan throne and proceed to Nuwara Eliya and over night stay in Nuwara Eliya. Nature Lanka (Day - 05)
After breakfast proceed to Nuwara Eliya, enroot visit tea plantations and factories and proceed to Nature Lanka Resort.
