Galle Fort is always worth a visit. The upcoming thunderstorm provided dramatic skies and a beautiful scenery as the sun set behind the ancient walls of the former Dutch fort, a UNESCO world heritage site.

Today is day. In Sri Lanka this is a civil holiday, called - the full moon celebration. When I first came here, I visited a Buddhist temple in a full moon night with .lisa. It was the first of many touching experiences that this beautifully mysterious island had in store for us...

new year - new horizons. in october 2019 i went on a journey, fell in love with beautiful sri lanka and made a friend for life. 3 months later our lovely small guesthouse by the beach is open.
