Hospital was donated by Mrs.C.H.Obeyesekere in memory of her father Don.C.H.Dias Bandaranaike.At present Hon: Mrs. Siva Obeyesekere & her daughter Mrs.Saram is looking after the interests. Type A Base Hospital with 16 Consultants. 550 Beds . 2 Medical units, 2 Obs & Gynae units, 2 Peadiatric units & 2 Surgical Units. Specialist Eye Unit, Dermatology & Psychiatric Unit, Cosultant Pathologist, Consultant Radiologist & consultant Anaesthetist.
