මේ දවස්වල බෙහෙත් හිඟයක් ඇත. රජයේ පමණක් නොව පුද්ගලික රෝහල්වල පවා අත්‍යවශ්‍ය බෙහෙත් ද නැත. එසේම තිබෙන බෙහෙත් වල ද මිල ඉතා ඉහළය. පැරසිටමෝල් පෙත්තක මිල රුපියල් 4.00 සීමාව ද පසු කර ඇත.

එබැවින් ස්වභාවික ප්‍රතිකාර ක්‍රම වලට සහ බෙහෙත් පාවිච්චි නොකරන ප්‍රතිකාර ක්‍රම වලට යොමු වීම නුවණට හුරුය. එම ප්‍රතිකාරක්‍රම වලින් ද නිල තෙරපීම සහ කටු චිකිත්සා ප්‍රතිකාර ක්‍රම වලට යොමු වීම හිතකරය. ඒවායේ අතුරු ආබාධ ද නැත.

උණ, ප්‍රතිශ්‍යාව, ආතරයිටිස්, දණහිස් ආබාධ, කොන්දේ වේදනාව, රුධිර පීඩනය, ලේ වල සීනි වැඩිවීම, උදරාබාධ, නහර ගැට ගැසීම සහ අක්ෂි ආබාධ ආදී රෝග සඳහා, නිල තෙරපීමෙන් රෝග සුවකර ගැනීම සහ වළක්වා ගැනීම පිළිබඳ දින දෙකක වැඩසටහනක් වත්තල දී පැවැත්වේ.
තමන්ගෙ කැමැත්තට අනුව දින දෙකක් වෙන් කර ගෙන මෙම වැඩසටහනට සහභාගි විය හැකි අතර මෙම වැඩසටහන මෙහෙයවනු ලබන්නේ ටයිකොන්ඩෝ, කික් බොක්සි, මුආයි තායි සහ හප්කිඩෝ යන සටන් ක්‍රම ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට හඳුන්වා දුන් දේශමාන්‍ය වෛද්‍ය සිරිල් ඇන්ටනි ය.
