We recently conducted a rejuvenating Yoga Workshop designed especially for Marine Engineers, focusing on improving physical flexibility, mental clarity, and stress management.
Life at sea and in engineering environments can be both physically demanding and mentally intense. Through guided breathing, stretching, and mindfulness exercises, participants learned simple yet effective techniques to stay centered, energized, and healthy — both on and off duty.
The session was filled with positive energy, laughter, and a shared commitment to wellbeing. We’re grateful to everyone who participated and made this event a success! 🌅
