‎අයර්ලන්ඩ් එන්න කැමති Engineers ල සහ QS ල ඉන්නවනම් මේ group එකට ජොයින් වෙන්න . වෙන ජොබ්ස් කරන අය ජොයින් වෙන්න එපා.

Ireland වල critical skill list එකක් තියෙනවා. ඒ list එකට අදාල qualification තියෙන කෙනෙක්ට, job offer එකක් තියෙනවා නම් Ireland එන්න පුළුවන් critical visa permit එකක් apply කරලා.

Civil Engineering සහ Quantity Surveying කියන දෙකම මේ list එකේ තියෙනවා. degree qualification එක අනිවාරියි (Ireland වල qualification level වලට අනුව Level 8. ඒ කියන්නේ 4 years full time degree or equivalent). මේකට අමතරව, UK හෝ Ireland experience තියෙනවා නම් ඒක advantage එකක් සහ job offer එකක් ගන්න ලේසි. හේතුව, මේහෙ construction methodology එක සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වෙනස්. ඒ නිසා ලංකාවේ ඉඳන් කෙළින්ම එන civil/site engineers ලට නම් job එකක් ගන්න එක හොඳටම අමාරුයි.

හැබැයි QS ලට chance එකක් තියෙනවා. ඒකට UK experience තියෙනවා නම් 95%, international experience තියෙනවා නම් 60-80%, ලංකාවේ විතරක් නම් 50/50 වගේ තමා. මේ හැම දෙයක්ම experience එකත් එක්ක depend වෙනවා.

Critical permit එක අවුරුදු 2කට valid. මාස 21න් stamp 4 (PR කියන්නත් පුළුවන්) හම්බෙනවා. එතැනින් තමන් කැමති job එකක් කරන්න පුළුවන්.

දැන්ට යන salary range එක €40,000-55,000 වගේ තමා. මොකද entry level නිසා. ( before tax)

✅ Step 5: Apply for a Work Permit

Once you have a job offer, you or your employer must apply for a:

✅ Critical Skills Employment Permit
• Nursing is on Ireland’s Critical Skills list.
• Minimum salary: €32,000+ per year
• Duration: 2 years
• Leads to permanent residency

✅ Step 6: Apply for Irish Visa

Once you get your employment permit:
1. Apply for a Long Stay (D) Visa at the Irish Embassy or VFS Global in Colombo.
2. Submit:
• Passport
• Work permit
• Job offer letter
• Proof of qualifications

Once your visa is approved:
• You can travel to Ireland and begin work as a registered nurse or midwife.
