🧡🧡🧡Better together!🧡🧡🧡
We are stronger together than if we try to do everything by ourselves. Most of the time it is
just the voice in our head, that tells us, that we have to do things on our own - most of the
time friends and family are happy to help and support us, and we are allowed to ask for help,
when things get rough, and feel exhausting.
Asking for help is also part of self-care - it means you respect your boundaries and prioritize
your well-being. Additionally, it can strengthen friendships and connections with others, build
trust, create memories and help us grow beyond our limits.
It is okay to ask for help, for a hug or a shoulder to cry on - you are strong by yourself, yes -
but even stronger together! 👯👯👯
