Labor is dignifying, let's stop bringing shame to Womanhood because of shameless self explanation!!!
On August 12, 2025 @ 10:30 am I received a call from a patient relative saying they were at my place with someone having stomach pain, I told them I was not there and they should seek another option. They called back saying it was labor pain and it was serious and I told them the more reason why they should go to another place as I was a bit distant and Teaching. considering it was Labor pain also.
Few minutes later , my husband called and said the lady said she can't lift her leg and the baby was coming 🤔🤔, I got so furious as I'm aware of would-be complications during labor if not managed well.
I rushed from my whereabouts hurriedly to cover the embarrassing situation that has happened, with bystanders looking because the lady didn't enter my place but chose to lay in the flower garden in front of my house. I came and met the Baby out with placenta still attached to the mother, it was disgraceful Indeed.
Thank God 🙏🏽🙏🏽 nothing different happened but a smooth delivery process with Mom and Baby fine at of the moment of this post.
I asked why the delay, and they shamelessly lied and said the woman came from out of town the night before , they were preparing food to eat before they can go to the facility.
Moral lesson: Labor pain is progressive not Instant
Seek help by going to a facility when Signs or Symptoms persist
Don't wait till you can't move and things get out of hands🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
