Our behavioral impact on our Health.

As we are experiencing the weaknesses of our health services, It is key to know how our individual behaviors and Lifestyles play a significant role in improving or worsening our health outcome.
Individual Behavior/Lifestyle is a major determinant of the health of an individual or the public.
Certain health Behaviors can increase the risk of diseases or an unfavorable low life expectancy. For example, a person who smokes ci******es (To***co) is more likely to develop heart disease, cancer or poor pregnancy outcome.
Likewise certain behaviors can improve the quality of health and a higher life expectancy. For example, a person who is more engaged into physical activities like jogging, walking, dancing, playing other sports etc. is at a very low risk of getting cardiovascular diseases.
However these are some positive health behaviors or lifestyles that can help improve our health.
