Today we are going to give a highlight on the disease "RINGWORM "It signs and symptoms.
Slightly -raised, itchy, ring-shaped sores anywhere on the body. Ringworm is caused by a fungus.
How disease spreads -By direct contact with infected people, animals, or surfaces that have the ringworm fungus on them.

Most people infected with cholera bacteria do not become ill. When illness does occur, it usually appears within a few days of infection and causes only mild diarrhea. The result can be severe dehydration. If these are not given replacement fluids, they can die in a matter of hour.

Vaccine -preventable diseases (diseases prevented by immunizations)
The diseases that can be prevented by immunizations include Mumps, Measles, polio, rubella,diphtheria, tetanus etc. It means that these diseases listed, we can only be free from them is by taking our children or smaller sister and brother for the vaccination when they are of the age
The disease are many but I will like to stop here.
