Real Strength Is in Movement
📖 “Physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things…” — 1 Timothy 4:8
Regular physical activity protects against obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and even mental health challenges.
Yet many men in Leribe remain inactive outside work or farming, which increases the risk of lifestyle diseases (WHO, 2023).
✨ Encouragement:
Strength is not measured by how much you carry in a day, but by how well your body carries you for years.
God designed your body to move — exercise is not vanity, it’s stewardship of His gift.
📝 Application for You:
Commit to 30 minutes of movement three times this week:

âś” Play football with your children
âś” Stretch after work
Start small, stay consistent, and honor the body God gave you.
