The orientation program serves as an important introduction to the structure of the internship, guiding interns through the program’s policies, procedures, and assessment tools. This foundation ensures that each intern begins their journey well-informed, supported, and aligned with the expectations of the training program.

The introduction of routine HTN prevention, diagnostic and treatment measures has the potential to reduce morbi-mortality, and improve the quality of the life of PLHIV. “ Nurses who deliver SBH services in public clinics in Mokhotlong district reported important knowledge gaps in ECPs, positive attitudes towards ECPs and infrequent prescribing of ECPs. Comprehensive free service and in-service screening programs on EC, detailed guidelines and improved packaging of EC could improve knowledge and awareness on ECPs and motivate the HCP to prescribe ECP.”
