The question would be why does it look complex?

Ans: It is not complex but it's a process that requires willingness and determination from patient/client.

Therapy as a process explores the root cause of a problem rather than just addressing it's surface symptoms.

It commences with diagnosis, assessments and then proper psychological interventions, that's why it may take time .

We unpack deep rooted issues like stress, trauma and unhealthy patterns which may have developed over many years.

Healing is not linear, relapses, fluctuations and better - to - worse is common its all what it takes to heal it's not failure or waste of time!!
