Activity: Scan your body and write where you hold tension.
Day 4 – Rest Without Guilt
Activity: Rest intentionally for 15 minutes without productivity.
Day 5 – Identify Support
Activity: Write names of people or services you can lean on.
Day 6 – Gentle Movement
Activity: Walk, stretch, or move your body kindly.
