Introducing our first speaker Mrs Zandile Winile Sakoane 💛💜💛💜
Mom of four (including twins), changemaker, and passionate advocate for women and girls in Lesotho. Zandile is the Country Coordinator for One Billion Rising Lesotho, fighting to end gender-based violence and create safe spaces for women and girls.
She’s also the founder of Maleah Foundation, empowering adolescent girls and young women through menstrual health, hygiene, and tackling period poverty.
Entrepreneur (preschool and salon owner), and researcher — Zandile blends action, advocacy, and academia to make a real impact.
💡 Fun fact: Her outreach programs support orphans and vulnerable children, because she believes giving back is a way to change lives.
