Company Description
Vitality Hospital Management Services T/A Vitality Health specializing in pre-hospital emergency medical care. We are committed to delivering high-quality emergency care through innovative EMS systems and regional hospital integration. We’re recruiting five (5) qualified Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedics for a three-year fixed-term contract.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Advanced Life Support Paramedic located in Lesotho. The paramedic will be responsible for:
• Deliver rapid pre-hospital care in emergency settings
• Perform ALS interventions (intubation, drug administration, cardiac monitoring)
• Collaborate with command centre operators, hospital teams, and EMS personnel
• Maintain detailed patient and incident records
• Support cross-border operations aligned with regional protocols
• Engage in drills, continuing education, and performance reviews

Qualifications
• Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) degree in Emergency Medical Care / Certified ALS Paramedic (HPCSA or equivalent regional board)
• Familiarity with CAD and ePCR systems
• Valid Code 10 driver’s license + defensive driving certificate
• Fluency in English; multilingual skills advantageous
• Experience with Lesotho–South Africa EMS operations preferred
