Ladies, On February 1st is the Full moon and im inviting you to my 1 day visioning and intention setting retreat at Selina Dream Centre.

The day is filled with boss girl energy, a lovely hike in katlehong, sunrise yoga and meditation on top of the mountain, yes in Maseru, insanely healthy and delicious food as well as a visionboard making session. We will also learn about our womb and yoni and how we can heal them from trauma and exist with them harmoniously. I love the consistency era, finally this concept is making alot of sense, we arent taught to take ourselves seriously when it comes to the energy that governs our existence. Im glad i still have memories of my mother who demonstrated what it meant to be intentional about your life. These memories live on in me and are starting to make great sense as i grow up. Here is to consistency, dependability towards self, trust, joy while showing up even when i dont feel like it, here is to great success when it comes to good health. This is to remind you that on weekends we have yoga on Saturday and Sunday 9am, week days its Wednesday and Friday at 5:30pm. All sessions are one hour. Private classes are Tues and Thursdays at 5:30pm. Do RSVP if keen to join our next class. See you on the yoga mat.

Through breath and mindful flow, yoga improves flexibility, focus, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing. It creates space for healing, clarity, and self-connection in a world that often feels overwhelming.

A beautiful morning of breath, movement, and mindfulness.
We focused on a full nervous system reset — releasing stored tension, regulating the breath, and tuning into inner stillness.
After our session, we immersed ourselves in the art of Chinese tea brewing & tasting, exploring how tea nourishes clarity, calms the mind, and supports emotional balance. 🍃💚
Chinese tea is rich in antioxidants, improves focus, aids digestion, and gently soothes the nervous system.
We are officially open and taking bookings for weekly classes, private sessions, and wellness experiences.
