Lumelang Basotho ba batle tle. Ho ea chesa bathong joale Lets exercise ho noa metsi hleng coz dehydration is real. Bonyane renoe bo 1litre to 2litres of water kapa 10cups per day hle.. Its just sad ho bona mokuli a tlisoa ngakeng ka lebaka la h**e hanoa metsi kapa mele oa hae o hloka metsi ( dehydrated) otlela h**e re mofe drip ebe o e kela hae. Lets drink water please.
