“LESOTHO: A MODEL FOR SUSTAINED EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT”

Today marked a great celebration as the Ministry of Education and Training - Lesotho, and its co-hosts Roger Federer Foundation, UNICEF Lesotho and Network of Early Childhood Development of Lesotho (NECDOL) together with other ECCD stakeholders celebrated Lesotho’s progress in early childhood care and development (ECCD). Today we witnessed the sharing of the School Readiness Initiative (SRI) evaluation results, the launch of the new strategy of the Roger Federer Foundation and celebrated the scaling up of SRI through the GPE Multiplier grant, with UNICEF as the grant agent.
