We're seeking an experienced Master Grower to lead our cultivation operations and help our company thrive in the ever-evolving cannabis industry!
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of cannabis cultivation, from seed to harvest.
Manage planting, feeding schedules, irrigation, pest control, and pruning processes.
Monitor plant health and growth to ensure consistent quality and yield.
Supervise and train cultivation staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
Maintain meticulous records.
Troubleshoot and solve cultivation challenges, from environmental conditions to nutrient deficiencies.
Work collaboratively with other departments to align with company goals.
✅ Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Master Grower or in a senior cultivation role in the cannabis industry.
Deep knowledge of cannabis strains, genetics, and growing techniques.
Expertise in environmental controls, lighting systems, and nutrient management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the cannabis industry.
A degree in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
