To the brave and kind hearted human resource entrusted by the nation with its lives😍 to the committed souls who gently open the eyes of a new born and close eyes of a dying man❤️ Happy International Nurses Day Nightingales, as we engage in our examinations today, let's embrace the status that we hold in our communities and the depth of all that's entrusted on us!

❗ *Help Us Help Mohlomi Hospital* ❗

Dear Members,

I hope this message finds you well.

Do you have clothes or shoes in good condition that you no longer use? Those items you've always meant to donate but weren’t sure whom to give them to? Now is your time to make a difference!

As the association, we kindly request your support by bringing donations to us. These contributions will be delivered to *Mohlomi Hospital* during the first *week of April.* Additionally, we are asking each member *to contribute M5 or more* to help purchase soap for this cause.

Every contribution, big or small, makes a meaningful difference to those in need. Let your kindness and generosity shine brightly!

Thank you in advance for your support.

Dear Nightingales, ❤️

As we embark on this profound journey(clinical placements), let us remain steadfast in putting God at the center of all we do.❤️ Approach this opportunity with hearts full of kindness for our patients, unwavering respect for one another, and most importantly, seniors. This is your moment to translate the knowledge gained in class into impactful action—seize it wholeheartedly.🥹❤️

*To our second-year students: while the beginning may feel daunting or unclear, remember that perseverance is the key to understanding. Stay focused, trust in your growth, and you will find your rhythm.*🫂🤍

Let us stand united, offering each other unwavering support in this journey. Bear in mind that we represent the distinguished National University of Lesotho, and with this privilege comes the responsibility to embody discipline, courtesy, and professionalism in all that we do. ☺️

Each morning, embrace the incredible opportunity to learn, serve, and grow. Let us commit to being agents of positive change🌟❤️, refusing to be conformed by the system but instead striving to redefine it with integrity and compassion. Together, we carry the torch of excellence and hope.❤️

*BE A NURSE NOT A MESS*🤍

Happy International Condom Day Nightingales! Today, February 13th, we join the global community in raising awareness about the importance of condoms in promoting s*xual health and preventing the spread of s*xually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV. Condoms are a dual protection method, preventing both unplanned pregnancies and STIs. They are a simple, affordable, and effective tool for individuals to take control of their s*xual health.

*No need to be shy! Condoms mean you care about your health & pleasure, and there's nothing embarrassing about that.*🫣

As NULSNA, we are committed to promoting safe s*x practices and increasing access to condoms. *Therefore, we shall gather at the new DSA office first door and get condoms to distribute at 1300hrs in collaboration with other Associations,Lets show up in numbers*🥳🥳🥳🥳
We believe that everyone has the right to make informed choices about their s*xual and reproductive health.

*Spread the word about the correct and consistent use of condoms and make a difference in someone's life..Valentines is just around the corner*🤭❤️
