I've been reading some literature about fish oil and its effect on depression and mood, so just thought that I will share what I have found overall regarding sports 🤷🏼♂️🐠
Also, I found that bigger doses of fish oil MAY improve mood in people with depression ( ❗️❗️❗️however, do not take this as medical advice and talk with dietitian before taking any actions ❗️❗️❗️)
