With joy, I’ve returned to Riga to continue the international training for Certified Psychodrama Practitioner (CP).
Each time here is more than just knowledge – it is growth, inspiration, connection, and a living experience.

📚 The training takes place in cooperation with the Latvian Moreno Institute and the Tartu Psychodrama Institute, following the CP standard of the Council of Psychodrama Examiners of the Nordic and Baltic Countries – in the fields of sociometry and group psychotherapy.

CP is a certified specialist working with groups and individuals using psychodrama, sociometry, and action methods, based on J. L. Moreno’s philosophy of spontaneity and creativity, and role theory.

🌿 A heartfelt THANK YOU to my teacher Endel Hango (TEP) – for your deep knowledge, insights, and sensitive guidance.
Your teaching is not only about professional development, but also a journey into the self, into relationships with others, and into the authenticity of life.

💛 I also sincerely thank Jolanta Baltina (TEP) – for your professional knowledge, experience, and warm welcome.
A truly special moment was holding the historical Moreno plaque – deeply symbolic and emotional.
Every meeting with you leaves a mark and opens new perspectives in the field of psychodrama.

🌿 Kas nutinka, kai drąsiai pažvelgiame į gyvenimą keičiančius praradimus?

Šią savaitę penkios nuostabios moterys susitiko saugioje erdvėje tyrinėti gilių temų – skurdo, netekčių, nedarbo, staigių gyvenimo pokyčių. Traumų, kurios dažnai būna nutylėtos, bet palieka gilų pėdsaką šeimos genosociogramoje ir mūsų vidiniame pasaulyje.

✨ Šie susitikimai – tai dalis ciklo „Mano šviesiosios ir šešėlinės pusės atspindžiai santykių ir šeimos traumose“, prasidėjusio šių metų gegužę. Tai ne teorinės paskaitos, o praktinė ir transformuojanti Širdies kelionė – per psichodramą, psichogenealogiją ir transgeneracinę terapiją.

🌱 Kokia nauda dalyvaujant šiuose seminaruose?
✔️ Atpažįstame šeimos sistemose kartojamus praradimų modelius;
✔️ Gydome lojalumą ribojantiems įsitikinimams („man irgi turi būti sunku“, „netektys neišvengiamos“);

🌿 What happens when we bravely face life-changing losses?

This week, five wonderful women gathered in a safe and supportive space to explore deep and often unspoken themes – poverty, loss, unemployment, and sudden life changes. These are wounds that may be hidden, but they leave a strong imprint on our family genosociograms and our inner world.

✨ These sessions are part of the ongoing seminar series “Reflections of My Light and Shadow Sides in Relationships and Family Trauma,” which began in May 2025. This is not a theoretical lecture – it is a practical, experiential, and transformative Heart Journey through psychodrama, psychogenealogy, and transgenerational therapy.

🌱 What are the benefits of taking part in these seminars?
✔️ Recognizing repeated patterns of loss in family systems;
✔️ Healing loyalty to limiting beliefs (“life must be hard for me too,” “loss is inevitable”);
✔️ Rediscovering the inner right to choose a different path – to live from a place of fullness rather than lack;
✔️ Strengthening the inner child who longs to trust, create, dream, and feel safe.

💫 As we explore wounds of loss, we not only free ourselves – we also free the generations before us. We break the chains of silence and release the pain that was never truly ours to carry.

🌀 This is a journey into deeper awareness, brighter connection with yourself and others, and most importantly – into an authentic life where joy, connection, and freedom to be yourself are welcome.

🌿 Kodėl verta dalyvauti seminaruose apie gilinimąsi į šeimos istoriją ir vidinį gijimą?

Praėjusį šeštadienį 13 drąsių dalyvių įžengė į saugią, gilią ir transformuojančią erdvę, kurioje tyrinėjome nesaugumo ir perdėtos globos traumas – tai, kas dažnai slypi mūsų šeimos genosociogramoje ir pasąmonėje. 💔➡️💗

✨ Šie seminarai – tai daugiau nei tiesiog žinios. Tai gyva patirtis, kuri keičia iš vidaus:
✔️ Padeda suprasti, iš kur kyla pasikartojantys jausmai ar elgesio modeliai;
✔️ Leidžia atpažinti ribas tarp savęs ir protėvių neišgyventų traumų;
✔️ Skatina paleisti tai, kas nebe tavo – kaltę, baimę, perimtus vaidmenis;
✔️ Ugdo gebėjimą kurti sveikesnius santykius – tiek su savimi, tiek su kitais.

🌱 Gydydami savo vidinį vaiką, mokomės brėžti ribas iš meilės, o ne iš gynybos. Ir tai keičia viską – atsiranda daugiau vietos kvėpuoti, kurti, mylėti ir būti savimi – tikru.

Last Saturday, 13 brave participants stepped into a safe, deep, and transformative space, where we explored wounds rooted in insecurity and overprotection – patterns often hidden in our family genosociograms and subconscious. 💔➡️💗

✔️ Helping you understand where recurring emotions or behavior patterns come from;
✔️ Enabling you to recognize the boundary between your own feelings and unprocessed ancestral trauma;
