Episode 7. Easy Walk Rely can fit as well as a custom-made orthosis.
✅ Select a carbon frame from 3 sizes according to the patient’s shoe size and weight. Grind the footplate to the required shape.
🦶 Add custom-made insoles on the orthosis footplate.
🦿 Select a shin support from 2 sizes according to the patient’s calf girth. Adjust the support with straps.
📏 Adjust the height of the shin support.
⚙️ Adjust the sagittal angle of the shin support for even pressure distribution on the tibia bone.

If correctly fitted, adjusted, and worn, the orthosis works as well as a custom-made item. It provides firm stabilization of the ankle and knee 🦵 in all phases of the stride, allowing the leg to move only within the biomechanically correct gait pattern. 🏃‍♂️

Episode 6. More than 3 years of development, repeated testing, and continuous improvements have led us to create an orthosis that not only delivers perfect functionality ✅ but also offers exceptional durability and longevity.

The orthosis frame is crafted from carbon composite using pre-preg technology, a process renowned for transforming the material into a solid, highly durable, yet ultra-lightweight structure 💨.

The unique curvature of the frame and the specific multi-layered carbon composite layout ensure smooth and even force distribution , effectively preventing breakages and cracks.

Easy Walk Rely's durability has been independently verified. It successfully passed rigorous testing, enduring 2 million cycles under a 125 kg load, as well as static and ultimate strength tests.

Episode 5. The spring curve , the main working part of the orthosis carbon frame, is what makes the device really unique.

Its crescent frame 🌙 with a flat frontal and inwardly convex lateral surface consisting of multiple carbon layers and going around the lateral malleolus ensures bending of the orthosis exactly forward at the same axis as the ankle.

Such a unique design keeps a biomechanical movement pattern and prevents lateral-medial movement or any rotation of the leg. 🔄
