Celebrating an incredible achievement! 🏆

At the GOMU World 48H Championships in Italy, our patient William Sichel completed 144.4 miles (232.487 km) in 48 hours and finished 3rd in the M70 group — after hip replacement surgery at Nordorthopaedics. 🏃‍♂️

We are truly proud to see him pushing boundaries and continuing to compete at such a high level.

Congratulations, William! Your determination inspires us all. 💙

Back on his feet and celebrating his birthday today! 🎉

Jason from Wales, a Kung Fu teacher for nearly 50 years, returned to Nordorthopaedics for his second hip replacement after severe arthritis affected both hips.

Now he’s back on the exercise bike and steadily regaining strength. 🚴

New service at Nordorthopaedics — Thumb Joint Replacement 👨‍⚕️

We’re pleased to share that orthopedic surgeon Kestutis Braziulis is now offering thumb joint replacement surgery at our clinic.

A thumb joint replacement is a procedure in which a worn or damaged joint is removed and replaced with an artificial implant. It is most commonly performed to relieve pain and restore movement when the joint has been significantly affected by arthritis.

This treatment can help improve hand function, reduce discomfort, and support a return to everyday activities with greater ease.
