"Too many tasks, so little time!
I have at least five different thoughts happening at the same time, all the time. It’s never ending. You can get lost in a train of thought and soon be overwhelmed with the chaos.
Brain training offers your brain a chance to focus, recenter and sort through thoughts one at a time!
I did a Session late one night, per usual…
That next morning, I woke up with no desire to sit and scroll until I found the motivation to get up.
Instead, I completed 6 tasks that have been cluttering up my to-do list! Just like that!
1. 4 loads of laundry - washed, folded and put away.
2. Decluttered and disinfected all surfaces
3. Mopped bathroom floors
4. Drafted a few emails and content items
5. Cleaned my car, inside and out
6. Cleared out my photos onto a drive
These tasks may sound menial and simple, but all at once they were unattainable. I needed to focus, and only see one task at a time.
I never once felt the need to sit and scroll, watch tv, mindlessly snack, etc. I had complete focus and motivation on the task at hand.
