Are you exhausted from pouring your heart and soul into workouts yet still not seeing the results you want?

You’re showing up, sweating it out, and sticking to your routine, yet the scale seems to have taken a permanent vacation. And those muscles? Well, they’re still playing hide-and-seek in the Maldives.

Here’s a harsh reality check: it’s time to stop treating your fitness journey like it’s just a mix of random workouts and a list of foods to avoid.

Losing weight, dieting, call it however you like, sucks. It’s not fun. Well, it can be fun.

But only if the alternative is being eaten by a shark.

But for the most part, dieting sucks, and you can make it even more exhausting and torturous if you do things that you shouldn’t do.

Here are five things that you shouldn’t do when dieting because they will lead to an unhealthy relationship with dieting and possibly disordered eating.
