Make sure your last rep doesn’t look the same as the first one. Rep speed should slow down dramatically.

I see people leaving way too many reps in the tank, I see this in the gym way too often, and, sadly, I make posts about it way too often as well.

So, if you want to get the most out of your sets, train close to failure. 0-3 reps shy of failure on most of your sets.
