Repeating movement pattern is one thing, using it for particular purpose is completely another. Kids enjoy tasks which make sense - “locomote on all 4s to carry an object on the front side of the body” is far more meaningful purpose than “repeat this exercise after me”.
Get kids interested and sensitive. Then only the sky is the limit!
