Even rainy weekends have their own kind of beauty.

Living in Lithuania has taught me to notice the softer moments.
Spring here doesn’t always come with sunshine. Sometimes it comes with rain, cold air, and that peaceful feeling that makes you slow down just enough to really see the world.
A quiet weekend can reset a loud mind.
Even on grey days, the world keeps becoming. So do we.

І в цю мить я раптом думаю про те, як багато в житті значить коло людей поруч.

Ми читаємо книжки, які проілюструвала Оля. Роза гортає сторінки, вдивляється в малюнки, а я просто тішуся від думки, що мене оточують жінки, які створюють красу, сенси й простір для внутрішньої опори.

Оля не лише ілюструє книжки. Вона ще й терапевтка та проводить арттерапевтичні групи у Вільнюсі.

І мені дуже відгукується, коли творчість стає ще й способом трохи уважніше почути себе

25 квітня о 10:30 у Вільнюсі проведу коучинг-бранч.

Я працюю з жінками з 2017 року — поєдную коучинг, терапію та глибинні техніки. І працюю там, де зміни відбуваються по-справжньому: зсередини назовні.

А ще — 18 років у бізнесі.
Тому добре розумію, що означає будувати своє, нести відповідальність, рости — і при цьому не загубити себе.
