Last week I attended the ICF Lithuania's 18th birthday.

I've been to many of their events over the years — big professional conferences with both international and local speakers, walking through Lithuanian forests, last week we were learning a bit more about Lithuanian history.

Always well-organized and worth showing up for.

But sitting there last week, I realized something had been happening to me across all those events, that I hadn't quite named.

I have been a member of ICF Ukraine since 2019.

I had met very few of my colleagues in person — fleeting moments of human presence, brief encounters. The empire of evil took care of it.

Mostly those are Zoom rectangles – very warm and important ones, but rectangles nonetheless.
At ICF Lithuania events, I don't have to explain any of this. I don't have to establish context or translate myself. Something in the room just holds. The human presence is so straightforward, so unambiguous, that I sometimes forget it's not a given.

It is not a given.

Happy birthday, ICF Lithuania. To the board members, leaders, and volunteers — thank you for the energy you pour into demanding, mostly invisible work. To all members — I truly enjoy being with you. May the chapter keep growing, in numbers and in depth.

You have permission to get better with age.

43 today.
And every year reveals itself as something unimaginable — a priceless, boundless gift.

With every passing year I find myself better: physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. My relationships — with people, with life itself, with the stranger I'm still becoming — grow deeper, richer, more luminous.

I have always wanted more from life, and life delivered far beyond what I could have conceived — beautiful things, brutal things, heartbreaking things. And sometimes it seems impossible to see infinite love and grace in all that, but I still do and I still choose love.

With each new year I feel it more acutely: the uncomfortable growth, the unbearable depth, the particular sparkling intensity of being alive.
If you're waiting for permission to take up space, to get better, to choose love anyway —
this is it. 💫

Надихаючий ранок — і хочу поділитися цим натхненням з вами.

Кожен сніданок у нашій спільноті VIL’NA — це простір, де можна бути собою до глибини. Ділитися важливим і кумедним, жартувати, говорити і про бізнес, і про материнство. Це жіночий простір, які створюють неймовірні речі, будують бізнеси і йдуть вперед.

— музикантка, психологиня, заснувала музичну школу у Вільнюсі та навчає співу й грі на різних інструментах.

— відкрила заклад Bon brioche bistro зі свіжою випічкою, сніданками цілий день і смачною кавою. Дуже затишне місце.

Крістіна Бєлякова — власниця компанії, що виробляє якісні заморожені продукти ручної роботи та продає українське в Литві. Першими офіційно привезли до Литви легендарний Kyiv Cake від Roshen.

Тетяна — кондитерка, створює неймовірно смачні, красиві й корисні солодощі. Мріє про інклюзивне кафе, де люди з різними потребами зможуть скуштувати смаколики.

— маркетологиня з досвідом у міжнародних компаніях, експертка з SMM і таргетованої реклами.

Зустрічалися в середновічному замку — Юлія та Наталя створили простір для українців в історичному місці. І нагодували варениками та кавою.

I did it. Again.

Today I received the renewal of my PCC — which requires continued learning, and demonstrating that your work keeps growing.

Three years ago it was a different story.

I had to pass a new exam completely redesigned by ICF.
I still remember how stressed I was that day — the preparation, doing something very few people had done before, while everyone was talking about the new rigorous standards.

I passed on my first attempt.

I found out later that some coaches took it two, three, four times before passing.

I'm not telling you this to impress you.

I'm telling you because of what I understood after:

Coaching rewards the people who can stay with not knowing. Who walk into a room without a map
and trust themselves to find the way through.

That's not something you learn in a training. It's what you build every time you choose to go deeper instead of staying safe.

Today the email arrived:

"Your PCC credential renewal has been examined and approved.
We applaud your commitment to the coaching profession."

Not a finish line.
Another beginning.
