👉Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results - Albert Einstein

This profound statement holds a key to unlocking a world of potential, a world where change is not just a dream, but a tangible reality. Today, we explore how embracing this philosophy can revolutionize your life and how our page, 'Connekt', can be your guide on this transformative journey. Embracing Change for Personal Growth

In our lives, we often find ourselves stuck in repetitive patterns. Whether it's in our careers, personal relationships, or personal development, the comfort of the familiar often traps us in a cycle that yields the same unsatisfying results. Einstein's quote isn't just about identifying this loop; it's an invitation to break free from it. At 'Connekt', we believe in the power of change. Change brings growth, new perspectives, and unexplored possibilities. Our community is dedicated to those who seek to step out of their comfort zones and embrace the unknown with open arms. Innovation in Thought and Action

Innovation isn't just for scientists and entrepreneurs; it's for everyone. It's about thinking differently, trying new approaches, and being open to different outcomes. On our page, we share stories, tips, and inspiration for innovative thinking in everyday life. Whether it's adopting a new habit, changing a long-held belief, or simply finding a new way to approach your daily tasks, 'Connekt' encourages and supports these small yet significant innovations. Learning from Failure, Celebrating Success

Every attempt at something new is a step towards growth, even if it leads to failure. In fact, failure is often the best teacher. On 'Connekt', we celebrate both the successes and the failures. Our community provides a safe space where sharing your experiences, whether triumphant or not, becomes a source of collective learning and encouragement. Connecting with Like-Minded Individuals

'Connekt' is more than just a page; it's a community. It's a place where you can find like-minded individuals who are all on their unique paths to breaking their cycles of 'insanity.' It's a platform for connection, support, and inspiration. By liking and following our page, you're not just gaining access to content; you're joining a family of thinkers, dreamers, and doers.

„Mama, was lässt uns leben?“

💫 Was ist deine Superkraft?

💛 Und was lässt dein Herz schlagen?

❤️

Sometimes, the best ideas are the spontaneous ones.
Funny how, in the middle of our busy routines, we forget the most important thing:
Taking care of ourselves.
Bringing moments of joy, beauty, and softness into our day.

Today, after an inspiring training with and the amazing and , I was already rushing home… with my mind full of new ideas, but an empty stomach and thoughts racing.

And then, I saw that restaurant at the train station.
The menu looked delicious. And something in me whispered: Why not?

So instead of rushing, I chose presence.
I entered. I sat. I ordered a nourishing lunch and a homemade iced tea served by an adorable waiter.
And just like that, I gave myself a date. With me.

Now I’m sitting on the train, with my heart full and smiling.
This little moment completed perfectly the inspiring morning and made my day.
And yes, I’ll definitely do it again.

When was the last time you followed a little spark of joy? Or took yourself out on a spontaneous date?
Tell me below, I’d love to know.

Do you ever feel like you’re in the hamster wheel that is holding you back, in this same routine, this same environment. And you're holding your breath, waiting for life to begin again, but you're not sure how to move forward?

It's spring season 🌸🌞
The time of the year where everything comes back to life.
The time between winter and summer, death and abundance, end and full potential.

I love this season. It is my favourite.
When everything comes back to life.
First slowly… and then with more and more energy.
Because this is how life goes: everything is change.
Nothing is ever still, even if it seems to be.

And I take the time to pause.
To reflect.
On all the lessons life has taught me so far... and I feel blissful.

Because even the most stressful seasons come to an end, and they bring flowers… if you know how to water your soil.

If you feel the quiet pull to reconnect with yourself,
to create clarity and soften the inner pressure...

Let’s talk.
I offer 1:1 holistic guidance for women ready to come back to themselves.

(Ironie off.)

🎄What if this Christmas, instead of forcing smiles or avoiding tough conversations, we showed up as ourselves?
What if we allowed vulnerability to guide us and chose authenticity over perfection? Let’s rewrite the holiday script by embracing love—starting with loving ourselves.

This year was a tough one. A year of big challenges, revelations, breakups and change; but also a year of great connections and teachings. Definitely one of the most intense years of my life.

And as this year comes to an end, I want to share with you what I've learned in this year of huge transformation.

Sometimes we need to simply let go of our expectations. Because, just imagine for a second: What if Life isn’t that hard after all?

We are taught to run after our goals and to swallow our emotions, but we should rather be mindful of the huge imagination and manifesting power of our mind (this is a Virgo speaking 😎🤣) when it comes to our decision-making.

What if body, mind, and emotions have to work together to finally feel complete? What if we stopped always chasing after something else (love, money, knowledge...)?

What if we started accepting ourselves for who we truly are: physical, rational, AND spiritual beings that come with all our beautiful scars and bright light? And that there is no reason to feel bad about it.

What if we already are enough and THIS is what we have always meant to be: the best version of ourselves that we can possibly be in this present moment.

As the name says = Human BEINGS

Simply BE 🩷

"That the birds of worry and care fly above your head, this you cannot change. But that they build nests in your hair, this you can prevent."

We are living in a time of significant change — not only on a global scale but we can feel it also in our professional and personal lives.

Now, you can either fear these changes and surrender control of your life, or you can choose to be mindful and take responsibility for your actions.
Everything comes down to a matter of choice.

Remember, some things in life are beyond our control—whether it’s setbacks, criticism, or the actions of others. That’s why it’s crucial to be intentional about what you allow to take root in your mind and life.

While we can’t prevent emotions from arising, we have the power to choose how we respond to them. We also have the freedom to decide who we want to surround ourselves with.

So, be mindful of your thoughts. Allow them to settle only if they align with your values and intentions.

I feel there's a big misunderstanding here.

But to introduce my thought, let me ask you a provocative question first: What do kids learn when they see their parents constantly struggling at work, stressed out about “creating a good life” for their children? Or, on the other end, when they see a mother staying home “to always be there" for her kids?

Both choices have value, and I respect each. But I’d like to challenge the mindset that leads to either extreme.

In a world where we’re often stuck in black-and-white thinking, we miss the bigger picture. When we dedicate our lives to doing something “for others,” we can lose sight of our own lives—and our kids see it.

So what do your kids learn from you? You’re their first teacher. Are they learning to push through a job that drains you, just for a “comfortable” life? Or are they seeing dreams put on hold because “kids come first,” only to risk regrets later?

The thing is, we don’t always realize just how much frustration this kind of life brings us. I mean, look around.

If you feel the world lacks compassion and joy, start with your Self. Why wait for happiness? Start designing the life of your dreams now, and let your kids learn by watching you create and live it.

At the end of it all, the question will be: Did I live my life?

So, what are you really afraid of?

Share your thoughts in the comments 🙏
