✨ Celebrating 25 Years of Wound Care & Innovation ✨

This year, Flen Health celebrates 25 years of helping patients . 💙

Our story began thanks to the courage of a little girl. After suffering severe burns for which the available treatments were unsuccessful, her journey inspired pharmacist Philippe Sollie to create something new: Flamigel®. This innovative tube, which would change the lives of patients around the world, is the solid foundation of the Flen Health company, founded in 2000.

Since then, Flen Health has grown, driven by resilience, passion and creativity. Thanks to the motivation and dedication of our teams, we have achieved milestones of which we are proud:

🌍 2000: Flamigel® expands to Belgium, the Netherlands, Greece, Saudi Arabia and China
🚀 2003: The company expands its portfolio with Flamirins®, a wound cleanser.
💡 2005: Launch of Flaminal® Hydro/Forte, revolutionising wound care
🏢✨ 2009: extracalm® and our first office in Belgium - two milestones for Flen Health!
🏢🌍 2011: New headquarters in Luxembourg stimulate global growth
🏢🤝 2012: New affiliates in the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK

At Flen Health, we believe that innovation thrives in a dynamic and diverse environment through the multiplicity of perspectives and heritages. This leads to the creation of a richer learning environment fostered by mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Currently, our team is made up of several generations, ranging from young professionals in their twenties at the start of their careers to seasoned experts who solidify the company's know-how. The most represented age group is 30-34, and the average age is 38, which reflects our dynamic and forward-thinking culture. We are proud to be a young, agile, and innovative company constantly evolving to meet the future needs of advanced skin healing.

A work environment that blends different generations brings a variety of visions and experiences, enabling us to find more creative solutions. That’s why Flen Health is supporting Legs Matter Week, an initiative focused on raising awareness of lower limb and foot conditions such as leg ulcers, lymphoedema, and chronic wounds.🦵

Many of these conditions are underdiagnosed and undertreated. Early detection and appropriate care are key to improving outcomes.💙
