📢 Due to recent events where some customers have either missed their appointments or canceled shortly beforehand, we are now implementing a no-show/cancellation policy.
💳 Going forward, online bookings on Fresha will require a credit card to be saved on file.
⚠️ Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge, while no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
🙏 We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but recent occurrences have left us with no other choice.
