Did you know? Sleep is essential for your mood, thinking, and emotional well-being. Poor sleep can make you irritable, anxious, and sad. 😞 Conversely, mental health issues like anxiety and depression can mess with your sleep pattern. It’s a cycle! 🔄

How does sleep impact mental health?
🌟 Restorative sleep helps regulate mood and lowers stress hormones.
🌟 Lack of sleep leads to irritability, anxiety, and over-emotional feelings.
🌟 Long-term sleep problems can increase the risk of depression, anxiety, and even affect memory!
Tips for better sleep & a happier mind:
