NEFELI had quite the wellness session!
Her iliopsoas and quadratus lumborum were both able to release some tension. The inguinal ligament was relieved, and blockages in the lumbar spine around L3-L4 and in the neck were loosened and realigned. Her sacroiliac joint also got a proper adjustment.
We released tight fascia, worked out adhesions, gently corrected tendons and ligaments in the phalangeal area, and also treated the shoulder muscles to release some tension.
Her lumbar spine mobility is restored.
I really hope this helps her feel even fitter for the Agility European Open in Portugal!
And honestly… if I didn’t know better, I’d say I plucked her instead of treating her – she lost so much fur!

Now she’s home, totally relaxed and flat as a pancake.
