May is just around the corner, and with it, the cold mornings are finally starting to ease away.
Having a glass of water before starting the day can really help your body get going. As the days get hotter, itâs also a great way to keep dehydration headaches at bay. đ¤
Itâs a small act of self-love that Iâve started practicingâand Iâve found it really enjoyable.
There are many ways I grow joy, such as walking in the garden, basking in the sun, and taking an interest is life around meâbe it insects, animals, plants, or people. Iâve also realised that physical activity like going for a run, doing some yoga, singing, or dancing resets my mind.
But mostly, Iâm learning to step out of repetitive thinking patterns that arenât helpful and to take pleasure in the small, everyday things.
Everyoneâs way of creating joy will be a little different, whatâs yours?
