Hello everyone 🌸

This is Em your massage therapist from UrbanLeaf,

After a few months of works on the massage studio in the garden are finally over.

Sometimes projects move at their own pace and there is little to do but wait.

Like a little hibernation coming into a spring of activity.

That spring for me is getting back to offering treatments. As this is where a lot of my joy and purpose shines through.

It’s the identity I’ve decided to adopt and so my sense of self comes from seeing people come with a bit more tension than they’d like to have and leave with a glow on their face and a loose mind, relaxed body.

So I’m happy that massages can resume as before.

These days I’m offering

Thai massage
Foot reflexologies
Abdominal massages

Each one helps the body to release and let go in a different way.

Booking are still via email and or a message on the socials.

There are also some rooms to rent in the studio for professionals that would like to have their work In UrbanLeaf studio.

The finishing touches are being made.

Events like these are what makes the studio so special for me!

There is one more musician hidden on the right (🙈 his percussion set the rhythm for the night, it’s just my camera wasn’t wide enough to capture everyone 🙏)

Full of gratitude for these 4 talented individuals who with their skills brought everyone together ~

And for everyone that took part, filled the space with their beautiful energy and voices

As someone shared, when we are all together like this it feels so important. It brings us back in contact with life. With my whole being I could appreciate how connected we are.

Such a beautiful gift 🎁

One of the joys of giving massages in the garden is seeing nature unfold.

These days have you heard the cranes flying over on their migratory route?

It’s so beautiful how they fly together calling and chatting all the way to their next stop ~

Hello everyone 🌸

We’re so excited to celebrate the reopening of UrbanLeaf with a special Open Day event! ✨

All classes will be free, giving you the chance to meet our wonderful teachers, explore different styles, and simply enjoy being part of the community.

To make the day even more special, a chef will be preparing delicious bites for everyone to enjoy 👩‍🍳 (more details on that coming soon!).

We’ll also be capturing the magic of the day 📸 — the talented will be joining us with his camera and infectious energy. There will be a mini photo shoot where you can strike your favorite pose, plus a beautiful group photo to remember the occasion 💐.

And because we love to sprinkle in a little fun… we’ll be holding a raffle! 🎉 You’ll have the chance to win an all-access pass for one month, class credits, or even a relaxing massage right here at the studio 😁🌈

To close the day, has organised a small Kirtan or singing circle to end the day with an open heart and good mood.

Originally from Slovakia and now deeply rooted in Luxembourg, Katarina brings a rich and thoughtful journey to her Hatha Yoga classes. As a translator and movement enthusiast — with a love for hiking, dancing, and over a decade of kung fu — she understands the need to find balance in a busy, screen-filled world.

Her yoga journey began in 2011 for health reasons, then evolved into a lifelong practice blending Ashtanga, Sivananda, somatic yoga, the Feldenkrais method, and the transformative power of breath. With a deep passion for functional breathing and self-awareness, Katarina offers classes that are both grounding and deeply personal.

Kirtan is a heart-opening practice of singing mantras together, rooted in Bhakti Yoga. Through call-and-response chanting, it invites us to quiet the mind, ground in the present moment, and move beyond the ego.

Hey,

Em here, from UrbanLeaf massage and yoga studio

Over the summer there will be some yoga classes but most of the teachers will start after the summer break.

Right now the studio is collaborating with

Who is adding a lot of life in the studio with their Pilates and barre classes. They look very upbeat and motivating!

On the massage side, the garden massage space is nearly finished and should be open after the summer break.

I will continue giving treatments till the 6th of August after which I will be taking a time to be with family till the 20th 😌

And in September I have decided to take another course in massage.

By coming back to the same thing again and again this is how I start to notice the richness of the practice.

Recently I’ve being shown how beneficial abdominal massage is for anxiety, heavy moods, burnout. By working with people passing through these stages and seeing the changes in them.

I take a lot of pleasure in seeing people release and free themselves. One person shared: it’s like a part of me that was sleeping has come back to life 🌱

Everyone’s words brings a smile to my face 😁

And the studio is full of activity again 🌻

Hello from Bosnia :)

Em here, UrbanLeaf’s massage therapist and yoga studio organiser

Each country has a unique feeling, a bit like people’s personality

I didn’t know what to expect coming here but one this that surprised me a lot is the the people

They are very open and easy to talk to. In the supermarket they greet each other and wave goodbye to their friends in the line

In cafes you see folk coming to have a morning coffee, meeting with friends and chatting before the day starts

It seems the treasures of this country is the connection between people.

It’s not uncommon to see an older person walking home with an ice cream and a smile on their face 🤭

I feel like people enjoy simple things here

Today I wanted to share that there will be two workshops at the studio this month on the 28th and 29th

The first is a Breathwork event led but .to.breath

Her journey has taken her to unlock the power of breathing and how it can wake up our spirit inside ~

This will be her first event at . A change of air from what we have to offer and it is by donation so come see what it’s about if your are curious 🎐

The other event is hatha yoga with follow by a sound bath with

Moving your body in a mindful way quiets the mind so you can fully embark on the sound journey 🪽
