Over the past 4 years, I’ve had the honor of holding space for more than 300 beautiful humans through Reiki & Holistic Coaching ✨ and my heart is deeply thankful for every single encounter🎁🌺✨🍀

This new chapter I'm stepping in brings change & transformation 🐎✨

I’ve decided to pause my Reiki & Coaching work to fully focus on Yoga & Pilates, listening to my intuition and creating space for what’s next.

Change is inevitable....and now it’s my turn to embrace it and follow my heart ♥️

I’ll still be available during January & February, and bookings remain open like always via Doctena.
