Sunday, June 15 2025 - 9:30 am to 12:30 - Yoga Workshop with Flo 🌴 : HOW TO SET UP A PERSONAL PRACTICE?

Believe me, it’s never too early to start practicing at home.

I’ll be forever grateful to the teacher, Philippe, who told me to start practicing by my own.
It was in 2005 and I was a beginner in Iyengar yoga, going through very rough times in my job. I used to take 1 beginners class a week on Wednesday evening (for 2 years this class was like a bubble of oxygen in my life).
It’s not too much to say that the little yoga routine that I set up at that time has been a pilar in my life since then.

The aim of this workshop is to enable you to start a personal practice with confidence...
Personal practice is a complement to the classes or vise versa when you’re a more advanced practitioner.
This workshop will give you plenty of freedom to practice where and whenever you want.

🇫🇷 Ce week-end se tiendra la convention annuelle de yoga Iyengar organisé par la biyab, à Bruxelles.

Une occasion immanquable pour pratiquer avec Abhijata Iyengar qui assure actuellement une tournée en Europe.

Nous sommes très heureuses de participer à cette convention avec un groupe d’élèves du Luxembourg. Pour certains ce sera leur première convention !

Les cours sont assurés au studio jusqu’à Jeudi midi puis reprendront normalement lundi.

🇬🇧 This weekend sees the annual Iyengar yoga convention organised by the biyab, in Brussels.

An unmissable opportunity to practise with Abhijata Iyengar, who is currently touring Europe.

We’re delighted to be taking part in this convention with a group of students from Luxembourg. For some of them, this will be their first convention!

Classes will run at the studio until Thursday lunchtime, then resume as normal on Monday.

🇫🇷 Il y a 3 ans en septembre 2021, Iyengar yoga Luxembourg devenait indépendant.

Après 3 ans et bien des cours, nous voulons, Beata et moi vous exprimer notre gratitude pour nous avoir accompagnées et supportées dans cette aventure.
