Migranes and craniosacral therapy.
Migraines can be caused by many factors: Environment (weather changes, exposure to bright light, high altitude, smoke, certain odors, and prolonged loud noise), diet (chocolate, garlic, pickled products, processed meats and fish, aged cheese, alcohol—especially wine, or caffeine withdrawal), other factors (exertion, too much sleep, fatigue or exhaustion, irregular motion such as amusement rides or boats, stress, or hormonal changes).

How Craniosacral Therapy can help?
Craniosacral therapy involves gentle touch and manipulation of the skull and spine to release restrictions in muscles, fascia, and nerve tissue. This is done in order to create space for free movement of cerebrospinal fluid, stabilize pressure, and release cranial nerves from compression. Pay attention to your health and be happy!

Psycho-emotional release: Why it's important

🌟 Our emotional well-being plays a vital role in our overall health and happiness. That's why understanding and practicing psycho-emotional release techniques can be incredibly valuable. 🌈

✨ What is psycho-emotional release? It's a process that allows us to let go of pent-up emotions, negative energies, and psychological burdens. By releasing these emotional blocks, we create space for healing, growth, and positive transformation. 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

🌱 We will explore various psycho-emotional release techniques, such as EFT (next post about it), meditation, breathwork, Feldenkrais method exercises in our CosmoRetreat.

How to support yourself if you feel unpleasant sensations in the body and lack of resource?

I myself use the "Shuttling" technique and give it often in the session to my clients.

How to do it: take a comfortable position (you can lie down if you are not falling asleep), go through your body and find a feeling of comfort, try to describe these sensations. For example, you feel comfortable in your stomach or legs and it feels like warmth.

Then pay attention to the feeling of discomfort in the body, do not dive completely, as if approach the sensations at the border.
And again dive in a comfortable place.
Try to make it till it feels better in the place of tension.
