Plateful Nutrition Holistic Nutrition refers to supporting your body, mind and spirit. Changing the way we eat can change the way we look, feel and think. I was often moody.

My name is Vesela Savova and I am a certified Diet & Nutrition Advisor, living in Luxembourg. My interest in health and food began over 5 years ago, when I started paying closer attention to what I eat and to my general health. Eating mindfully, and increasing my knowledge about the food I eat and how it directly impacts my health and wellbeing has truly transformed my life for the better. There were certain foods on my menu that did not do me any good and left me feeling tired and sluggish. I was struggling with skin issues, bloating and fatigue. My digestion was far from great. It was all due to the food I was consuming. Once I changed the way I ate I instantly noticed great improvements. My digestion became much better. I was no longer bloated and tired after every meal. My skin problems “magically” disappeared. And I suddenly found myself feeling more energized, and in a better mood than ever before! The change in my diet has enriched my life on so many levels! Bad food choices can impact our physical health and contribute to weight gain and health issues. But it also plays a major role to our mental health as well. Certain emotions and general energy levels can be traced back to the foods we eat. Think about it this way – the food we eat can either nourish our cells, and provide pure energy to our body and mind, or it can lead to depletion and put a strain on our body, physical and mental health. Do you want to be the healthiest version of yourself, and eat food that makes you feel great? Do you want to have more energy, improved mood and digestion? As we work together, we will discover the types of foods you need to increase in your menu, and as you lovingly nourish your body from the inside, soon the results will become visible on the outside too. As you start eating right for your body, you will blossom into the best version of yourself! It is not a quick fix or a fad diet. I am offering a coaching program that will help you start a healthier lifestyle you will learn to love! It is the small things we do everyday that bring big results in the future. I am constantly expanding my knowledge about nutrition through participation in workshops, seminars and reading the latest studies and research on food and nutrition. My favourite books are all about nutrition, health and food recipes. As a new mom, my interest has further expanded into child nutrition, and I have completed a certification course in Child Nutrition and Cooking from Stanford University. I have also completed a certification course on the Human Gut and Microbiome with the University of Colorado Boulder. I feel so honoured to be shortlisted in Health & Wellbeing Business of the Year for the Tunbridge Wells Business Awards 2025! 💗

When we moved here a little over a year and a half ago I took upon myself the difficult task of starting my business from scratch, getting to know local people and businesses and making my own way within the community. Everything in moderation, right?
But what defines moderation? While I agree with this phrase, I’ve heard it too often from women who I wouldn’t consider moderate.

And while my definition of balance might not be yours, how often do we use this phrase to justify choices we know are not good for us?..

I’m not afraid to admit that I’ve swing between the extremes of complete disassociation with food to complete control that felt overwhelming. I’m not recommending it. But it allowed me to find my true balance by know my two extremes.

You don’t have to go through your extremes. Join me this November and learn and much gentler and empowering way to reconnect with your centre and understand how to nourish your body so it flourishes.

15 years ago, I had no idea the connection between what I ate and how I felt - inside and out. My skin was struggling, my energy was low, and I didn’t know how to cook or care for myself properly.

✨ Reflecting on a Milestone ✨
Recently, I celebrated a milestone birthday, and it got me thinking about the “checklist” society gives us—the milestones we’re told to achieve by a certain age to feel successful and fulfilled. But here’s the thing: that checklist is an illusion.

In recent years, I’ve been consciously dismantling beliefs about what success and fulfillment truly mean. I’ve stripped away programming and thought patterns that weren’t mine, and in doing so, I’ve discovered the joy of focusing on the fundamentals. The more I dig into my foundations—my beliefs, my whys, my drive—the more I see my true, naked self. And it’s liberating. It feels light. It feels joyful.

Here are some lessons I’ve learned about life and what truly matters:

1️⃣ Health is everything. It’s the foundation of everything else. A healthy body creates space for healthy thoughts and emotions. Flexible body = flexible mind. Practicing yoga has taught me to go with the flow and let go of rigidity—it’s so freeing. 🧘‍♀️
2️⃣ Boundaries are self-love. Knowing when to say “yes” and when to say “no” is essential. Communicating your limits isn’t selfish; it’s love. ❤️
3️⃣ Close relationships are treasures. Nurturing them is the most fulfilling act of belonging.
4️⃣ Walk the walk. Talk is cheap; actions matter. Be someone whose actions align with their words.
5️⃣ Question yourself with curiosity. Not to doubt, but to check in. Why are you making this decision? Is it for you or to prove something? 🤔
6️⃣ Growth has no age limit. You’re never too old to grow, learn, and reinvent yourself.
7️⃣ Be afraid of “same old, same old.” Take risks, try new things, and stay curious—it’s the secret to staying young at heart. 🌟
8️⃣ Gratitude is transformative. Even small moments of appreciation shift your energy and open your heart. 💛
9️⃣ Your worth isn’t tied to productivity. Rest and joy are just as important as achievement.
🔟 Let go of what doesn’t serve you. Whether it’s a thought, a habit, or a relationship—release it to make space for what does.

🌱 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 🌱
Over 10 years ago, I had a realization that changed my world. I was eating three meals a day—like most of us do—but had no real understanding of what that food was doing to my body. Then I noticed something profound: how deeply my food choices were tied to my energy, moods, and mental clarity.

During a 40-day fast, I experienced how food could fuel healing and connection. That sparked a fascination with nutrition that led me to where I am today—helping others unlock their own “aha” moments about the power of what they eat.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve spent the last 5 years as a certified holistic nutritionist. I’ve led over 100 workshops, working with both private and corporate clients, and every time I see someone experience their own “aha” moment, it’s like I’m reliving mine.
