Private Yoga Teacher

I guide people through meditation, pranayama (breath work) and physical asana practice to help them ease stress, ride the waves of daily life and connect to their inner selves and the world around them. Expect to have an improved posture, diminished back pain, overall better mobility and a new found peace of mind and awareness.

I specialise in a strong and vigorous physical asana practice (vinyasa flow/ power yoga/ sculpt yoga) to help the body build lean and strong musculature, and to connect the mind and body through harmonised breath work. However, I also absolutely love teaching a less intense practice/flow focusing on the fluidity of movement with breath through different postures.

Private classes are always customised to my clients needs. I take great care in getting to know my clients and put focus on what they would like to work on (lower back pain, flexibility, mindfulness, bad posture, relaxation etc...). All classes are modified in intensity to fit my clients abilities.
