De Problem fir d’Gemeng war awer, dass vill Proprietairen dës kleng prefabrizéiert Haisercher als éischte Wunnsëtz wollten notzen, mee se weder Stroum nach Waasser haten an och net un d’Kanalisatioun ugeschloss waren. D’Stad Lëtzebuerg huet schlussendlech e Projet ausgeschafft fir dës Bauten ze erlaben, mee ënnert strenge Virgaben.
🇫🇷 A Luxembourg dans les années 1950, les terrains non construits sont encore très nombreux. Certains propriétaires souhaitent faire construire ce qu’on a appelé des Chalets « de type week-end », c’est-à-dire de petites cabanes, souvent préfabriquées, destinées à être utilisées le week-end sur des terrains de campagne. Le problème principal pour la commune est que ces terrains ne sont raccordés ni à l’eau, ni à l’électricité, ni à l’égout et que les propriétaires souhaitent les utiliser comme résidence principale. Luxembourg vient toutefois à envisager la possibilité d’autoriser de telles constructions et à ébaucher un règlement pour limiter les abus.
🇬🇧 In Luxembourg in the 1950s, there was still a great deal of undeveloped land. Some owners wanted to build what were known as “weekend-style” chalets—that is, small, often prefabricated cabins intended for weekend use on rural plots. The main problem for the municipality was that these plots were not connected to water, electricity, or sewer systems, and that the owners wanted to use them as their primary residence. Luxembourg, however, began to consider the possibility of authorizing such constructions and drafted regulations to limit abuses.
