We’re doing s few steps, strengthening and mobilising over here in the online wellness studio for the next 21 days.
Nothing major or massive that is unreasonable or that will take up half of our days. Just moving for the sake of our mental & physical health and also… to feel a bit of joy. Let’s face it; Joy becomes much more apparent when you move. That’s just how it goes.

We’re going live at 18:00 for 30 minutes. Then we’ll walk tomorrow. Pilates again on Thursday. It’s the bomb.

Put on a weighted vest, go for a walk and do some jumps. Jumps train those specific fibers in your ankles/lower legs that lose their elastic recoil with age and lack of training.
Want to be the oldest person in your fitness class instead of the youngest person in the nursing home? Jump and bounce a little, every day. It only takes 1-2 minutes. Massive trickster move.

Can you stop rushing?

Can you get out of your head and feel the moment?

I don’t care if it’s just to feel your heart beating, your breath moving or watch a bird in the trees in your garden.

Can you stop stressing so much?

Joy is not felt in the big extravagant moments once every 2 years. It’s felt in the small moments. In the small joys of everyday life where you allow yourself to really be in your body and feel the moment. Where you allow yourself to let go of controlling everything around you and allow yourself the space to be/feel/see beyond your head.

Let joy be a part of your life. It’s worth everything ❤️
