We’re doing s few steps, strengthening and mobilising over here in the online wellness studio for the next 21 days.
Nothing major or massive that is unreasonable or that will take up half of our days. Just moving for the sake of our mental & physical health and also… to feel a bit of joy. Let’s face it; Joy becomes much more apparent when you move. That’s just how it goes.
We’re going live at 18:00 for 30 minutes. Then we’ll walk tomorrow. Pilates again on Thursday. It’s the bomb.
