Nothing beats a chocolate milkshake for breakfast after a workout with Letzgetfit 😋
Of course, i mean protein shake. But not just any protein shake. I love this one from Revolution Foods. Made from pea and h**p rather than soy (not a fan of soy), and packed full of goodies.
I make mine with:
- almond milk
- extra ground seeds for more protein
- a scoop of powder
- a small piece of banana and a handful of berries
- 1/4 avocado
- a spoonful of cacao powder (cos i like it CHOCOLATEY!!)
