YogaNest is the expression of my passion for yoga: a source of daily inspiration and a tool to live a deep and meaningful life.

It is also a welcoming and cozy space where I host small yoga classes (max 6 people) and one-to-one sessions.

I’m at the airport! Ready to take the first flight that will take me to Tuscany for our Retreat “The Art of Receiving”…

I woke up early this morning, I had a couple of emails I wanted to send before. I woke up the girls, we had breakfast together and I took them to the bus. Like every day but knowing that I will miss them so much in the coming days!
Then I little walk with my husband and I remembered I wanted to prepare the meat balls for them all before leaving…so I did it…I felt like the Indian goddesses with many pairs of hands…many extensions for the heart to be able to express all our love…
I might forget something…let’s see…

And now I’m here!!

I’m very grateful for them in my life, I’m very grateful for this experience I’m starting (actually continuing) with !

With the girls, we made our little offering — flowers from the garden — to the Lake, as a way of saying thank you for this Summer. 🌸✨

It was sweet, simple, and of course a little messy… but we soaked in the moment, the September light, and the fresh air. We kept our promise. 💛
