Meet Lucy ✨
Lucy is a yoga teacher who blends movement, breath and mindfulness guiding students through a yoga practice that is both grounding and uplifting. Her journey began in 2020, when she discovered yoga as a way to reconnect with herself during a period of change and self reflection. That spark grew into a deep passion, leading her all the way to Bali, Indonesia to complete her teacher training. Drawing from her own path of growth and creativity, she’s passionate about guiding her students to reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds and leave them energized and inspired, encouraging them to honor their own unique flow both on and off the mat.

Françoise is a London-based body artist and contortionist. She’s been teaching and performing since 2018, UK-wide as well as internationally. She has learned from the best in business and is currently training under Amy Goh & lona Denning. Having started training contortion as an adult, Françoise has a great understanding of technique and proper alignment. To her, contortion is not only a circus discipline but an integrative practice allowing for physical and mental growth. Besides contortion, she is also trained in pole dance, aerial hoop & aerial slings. Françoise is a certified Neuro-Mechanics teacher, having absolved a training with physiotherapist & yoga teacher Celest Pereira in 2023.

✨ Reflections on Our Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Session ✨

Today at House of Om, we journeyed into deep stillness — guided by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and the gentle practice of Yoga Nidra.
In this sacred space between wakefulness and sleep, body, mind, and spirit found rest and renewal.

The healing vibrations invited us to release, soften, and reconnect with inner peace.
Heartfelt thanks to Bern for guiding us through this transformative experience with such presence and care.

Join Bern for Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath on Sunday, October 12

Autumn is a season of gathering and release. It is a time to harvest what we have nurtured and to let go of what we no longer need. In this session, we honor the abundance within us and the freedom that comes with surrender.

Doors open at 16:00. We will begin by arriving slowly, sharing a cup of tea, and settling on our mats with blankets and warm layers. Once the body is at ease, we will move into the practice.

The practice includes:
45 minutes of Yoga Nidra. A guided rest through body scan, breath awareness, and visualization. The body restores itself and the mind releases tension.
45 minutes of Sound Bath. Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments support deep relaxation and balance.
Integration: after the practice we close with tea and conversation, allowing time to ground and connect.

Who is this for: This session is open to all. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. It supports anyone seeking rest, stress relief, or a pause in a busy season.

What to bring: Yoga mat • Blanket and warm clothes (socks and layers recommended) •

Starting the 10th of October, every Friday at 18:45 will be “Arm Balances & Inversions” with Antonella 🤸🏼‍♂️⚡️

What to expect:
A dynamic Power Yoga class designed to explore peak poses, arm balances, inversions, and playful transitions.

Together, we’ll break down each posture step by step, using targeted drills and intentional movements to build strength, stability, and confidence in your practice.
