Join Bern for Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath on Sunday, October 12
Autumn is a season of gathering and release. It is a time to harvest what we have nurtured and to let go of what we no longer need. In this session, we honor the abundance within us and the freedom that comes with surrender.
Doors open at 16:00. We will begin by arriving slowly, sharing a cup of tea, and settling on our mats with blankets and warm layers. Once the body is at ease, we will move into the practice.
The practice includes:
45 minutes of Yoga Nidra. A guided rest through body scan, breath awareness, and visualization. The body restores itself and the mind releases tension.
45 minutes of Sound Bath. Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments support deep relaxation and balance.
Integration: after the practice we close with tea and conversation, allowing time to ground and connect.
Who is this for: This session is open to all. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. It supports anyone seeking rest, stress relief, or a pause in a busy season.
What to bring: Yoga mat • Blanket and warm clothes (socks and layers recommended) •
