🗡 💗 A new kind of strength – through fencing 💗 🗡

We're proud to announce a brand-new class in collaboration with Solution R.I.P.O.S.T.E. – a fencing programme designed especially for people affected by breast cancer.

💪 Whether you're currently in treatment or in recovery, this adapted fencing class offers:
✔ Improved mobility and posture
✔ Reconnection with your body
✔ A boost in energy and confidence
✔ … and a seriously fun way to move!

Just bring clean indoor sports shoes and water — we’ll provide the rest.
Led with care by Maître Maurice Pizay, specially trained for post-breast cancer fencing.

🎀 Broschtkriibslaf 2025 — Wet Weather, Warm Hearts 💗

The skies opened, the wind howled… but Team ALGSO showed up anyway — soaked, smiling, and stronger than ever 💪

Despite the dismal weather, the energy was sky-high and the spirit unshakeable at this year’s Broschtkriibslaf.
From raincoats to running shoes, from soggy cookies to sunshine smiles — we were proud to be part of Luxembourg’s most powerful pink parade 💗

Why do we show up?
Because sport matters.
Because recovery matters.
Because no one should go through cancer alone.

And because even in the wind and rain, movement brings us together.

This October, you’ll find the ALGSO at various hospitals in Luxembourg – and we’d love to see you there!

💗 01.10: from 9 am to 4 pm, join Béa and Danielle at the CHL Maternity
💗 09.10: from 11 am to 4 pm, visit Arlette and Josette at the Clinique Bohler (HRS) – and don’t miss our free yoga session with Olga at 3 pm!
💗 16.10: from 10 am to 1 pm, join Béa and Danielle at the ChdN Ettelbruck
💗 24.10: from 9 am to 3 pm, visit Arlette and Zorica at the CHEM Esch-sur-Alzette
