The combination of a firm touch and being guided by intuition and awareness, the nervous system can rest and heal on a deep level. Influences from Ayurveda, Swedish massage and energy work like Reiki allow her to feel the invisible and bring it to the surface. (Re)Connect with your body! Rules:
🍁 Go to class in any of our 5 studio locations (Gare, Kirchberg, Strassen, Limpertsberg, Tropics) 🍁 You can take more than one class in a day!
🍁 Online classes don’t count.
🍁 Workshops count as one class.
🍁 Mat space in the studios is limited so please reserve your mats in advance (please keep in mind our 6 hour cancellation & no show policy)
🍁 You have to show up for the class on time and stay for the entire duration of the class

*unlimited yearly subscriptions cannot be frozen

We’re excited to introduce Traditional Thai Massage to our offerings! This ancient healing art blends gentle stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic compression to melt away tension, improve mobility, and restore energetic balance.

Unlike oil-based massages, Thai Massage is performed fully clothed on a padded mat in the yoga studio room. ✨ Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to allow for ease of movement.
